Pre-Owned Car Purchase

My girlfriend and I purchased a 2014 Ford Escape from the used cars sales department from the Jack Carter dealership on June 13, 2025 from the Sales & Leasing Consultant (Salesman) Austin Van Patten, and I must say it was the absolute best sales experience that we both ever had while purchasing a vehicle. Austin was informative, patient, and obliging. He made the sales transition so very smooth and went out of his way to get extras thrown in for the vehicle (i.e. New Windshield Wipers, a Factory Matched paint pen for rock chip touch ups as well as being a very good host offering coffee, specialty coffees, tea or cold bottled water while we waited to see the Financial Services Manager (Stephen Cheung). He even gave us a specialty chocolate blend package / gift, which was paid for out of pocket expenses of his own money.
If we had any questions that needed to be addressed, he was very prompt to get back to us as soon as possible (even on his days off from work). I highly recommend Austin & the Jack Carter team to anyone looking to buy a used or new vehicle as they most definitely give the very best service possible. Austin crushes all the stigma that has been traditionally associated with a “used car salesman.” He is very sincere, honest, and up front with any issues that a vehicle might have, and isn’t the type of person just looking for a quick sale. He invests his time in you as a customer like you were a lifelong friend or family member. He goes above and beyond, and is by far (in my opinion) their best salesman.
