Recent Car Purchase
A letter to our General Manager
I just wanted to take a moment and comment on our recent experience buying a new Equinox from Marc Duhamel at Jack Carter. We have been coming to Jack Carter since 2018 I believe. It started when I contacted Mike Binotto about getting our car serviced there. I had purchased a new Equinox from a different local Chev store. This was an absolute terrible experience. Mike was a rockstar to me even though we did not buy the vehicle from Jack Carter. He made sure we were contacted by Service and followed up to see how it went.
Needless to say, Mike was the first person I contacted when we were looking for another car. Mike put me in touch with Marc and was also there for our first meet and greet. Marc proved to be amazing, He was honest about what I could afford and what he could do to help us. Since the first visit with Marc, I am proud to say that we have now purchased 3 vehicles from him. A 2019 Terrain, a 2020 Equinox and now a 2022 Equinox. I can honestly say that Marc listens to what our needs are and even our wish lists as our credit and salaries grow. Marc remembered I wanted an AWD when I purchased my Terrain and at the time, could not afford one. He did an appraisal on my Terrain on our last visit to the service center and found a good match for me. When my wife’s Equinox received hail damage, he found us another one that she absolutely loves. Marc always goes that extra mile for us and gets answers for my probably dumb questions. He always has a positive attitude and does his best to make you feel special. Jack Carter is lucky yo have Marc as an employee.
These gentlemen are the reason we continue to come back to your dealership and will most likely be customers for life.
