Great Service

I am generally quite pessimistic of vehicle dealerships and mechanics in the city, so I didn’t have great expectations for the service department at a dealership. Every visit I have had with them has worked to restoring my faith in the industry. They are clear, never condescending, and very fair. The customer service is excellent and the mechanical services is also top notch. It’s refreshing for the customer to not feel completely disposable in Calgary; a rare treat. They offer a customer shuttle, even for clients that live an hour or more out, and have always fit my appointment requests in quickly. Friendly staff, Wi-Fi, coffee, water, and seating available in the lounge. If you have gotten “the ick” from other dealerships, give these guys a try.
