ELIGIBILITY & ENROLLMENT
Building Better Relationships
Follow the three steps below to find out if your business is eligible to become a fleet partner, qualifying your organization for special pricing and unique programs.
Step 1: Check Your Eligibility
Find out if your business is eligible for fleet programs and incentives. To qualify, your company must fulfill one of the following vehicle scenarios:
- A business organization that maintains a minimum of five (5) vehicles licensed and registered in the company and/or owner/operator name and used for business purposes.
- A business organization that, after its present acquisition, will maintain five (5) or more vehicles licensed and registered in the company and/or owner/operator name and used for business purposes.
- A business organization that places an order for or purchases three (3) or more new GM vehicles at one time for business purposes. Supporting documentation must be retained by the dealer and made available to GM Canada upon request.
- Government/Government Regulated Utilities/Public Schools/Medical Hospitals – no existing Fleet or minimum number of orders at one time is required.
Step 2: Download & Complete the Application
If you think your business qualifies, download and complete an application form and provide proof of eligibility for a Fleet Account Number (FAN). The form will ask you to provide documentation to prove your business is eligible. Acceptable documentation includes vehicle titles, registrations or proof of insurance on company vehicles.
Step 3: Sign & Submit the Application
Please send your signed application and proof of eligibility to your preferred GM Dealer. It is the Dealer’s responsibility to verify that a Fleet customer has a valid Fleet Account Number (FAN) and is an eligible Fleet user. FANs may be verified through the GM Envolve Solutions Centre at 1(800)-866-0313.
Once you obtain a FAN, you can start working directly with a dedicated GM Envolve Account Manager or a General Motors Dealer in your area.
